The living room and the master bedroom are facing southeast, the second bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom are facing northwest

Availability

The flat is available preferably for a whole school year, at least.

Long term rates

For more than 4 months : 1,700 euros per month

+ gas/electricity + telecommunications

+ reasonable relocation fee payable upfront

Telecommunications services beyond the flat rate service of the Internet package

(for example calls to cell phones or pay-per-view movies) are an additional cost.
Refundable safety deposit : 2 months of rent

This apartment is proposed at a very reasonable price for the size and considering it is fully furnished and equipped, but it is not a crazy price like in scammers practices.
